Q: I'm using Internet Explorer and the submit buttons aren't working!
A: Please make sure your copy of Windows is up-to-date. It's easy, just go to the Windows Update site and it only takes a minute to check.
Q: How do I change my e-mail address in my account settings?
A: Simply log into your account click 'Account Settings', change your e-mail address and hit save. The next time you log in your e-mail address will be changed.
Q: Why do you have to pay me via PayPal, can I request a check?
A: Being paid via PayPal is the only option right now. It's fast, secure and easy to use. If you don't have a PayPal account you must create one before you add your first newsletter. HeyAmigo does not have the facility to pay you via check.
Q: Can I create an ad in a language other than English?
A: Yes! You can create an ad in any language you like. You can even write your ad using foreign language characters such as those used in Chinese.
Q: If my site is down, will I still be charged for clicks?
A: Yes. Unfortunately, we can't detect if your site is down, so please regularly make sure your site is up and running.
Q: What happens if an ad that I'm using runs out of clicks?
A: You stop getting paid. If you choose an ad that only has 10 clicks then you will only be paid for those 10 clicks, even if fifty of your newsletter subscribers click on it.
Q: Can I change the text on the ad?
A: No. If you do change the text in an ad in anyway then we will consider it a breach of our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to with-hold payment. HeyAmigo is a service built on trust. We trust you not to change the text as a courtesy to the advertiser.
Q: Can I see which newsletters use my ad?
A: Yes. Just log into your account and click 'My Ads', click on the 'stats' button which is to the right of the ad you have chosen. There you will see a list of newsletters currently using your ad. Click the name of the newsletter to find out more information about it.
Q: When will I get paid?
A: Once a month. HeyAmigo will make payments to all newsletter owners once a month. Similarly HeyAmigo will collect paymemt from advertisers once a month.
Q: Can I use an ad more than once?
A: Yes you can use an ad as many times as you like. You can use it in different newsletters or the same one if you like.
Q: What percenatage of the price per click does HeyAmigo take?
A: HeyAmigo will take 30% of all click revenue that you make as a newsletter owner.
